Late games and SNF thread

Hate that the Eagles won that game.
It’s more like the Chiefs lost it. It seemed Philly had more respect for the Chiefs than the Chiefs had for Philly. Kelce’s antics, acting like a rookie, giving the game away, Chris Jones acting angry like that’s going to intimidate any NFL team, was clownish.

Chiefs may want to consider the Eagles aren’t all that good. And they just won in your house.

KC offense looks like doo doo and their defense has carried them to the superbowl the past 2 years and they may have to do it again

But Mahomes lowkey hasnt been this all world elite qb he used to be in quite some time

The eagles also shouldve been called for false start on their last TD

Now Shanahan knows what he wasted 3 first round picks for when he could have sat and waited for Mac Jones.

With that defense KC will still be a contender if they can get their WRs back. That false start they missed by the eagles could have made things very interesting at the end, and even so it was a close game.

Your right on. But, the Eagles scored a TD on the play before that the referees did not call so the 2nd mistake didn't really matter. I thought the worst play of the game was the Eagle's defender getting mugged by a chief, and homey ran right through that whole for a touchdown and that was not called. After watching our game in the way it was called I was shocked flags were thrown on unnecessary roughness in the Eagles game. Either the Chiefs game was horribly officiated, or the referees were brutal in our game against the Giants. It was a good hard-fought game. That was a totally different defense the Eagles played today as opposed to last week. They were good. That tackle makes a big difference, Carter. I think we played a very entertaining game today and showed a lot of heart. The jury is still out. I need to see a couple more games to tell if we are going to be any good or just another 8-8 team. As far as the Eagles their offensive coordinator is going to stop them from winning a lot of games. He's a rookie and doesn't know what he's doing apparently. Playing not to lose will only carry them so far. He has to let Hurts play and take advantage of the strength of their offense the receivers.

Don’t the Eagles employ a new offensive coordinator every year? At this point I don’t think Hurts even cares who his OC is.

Imagine if the cowboys lost like the broncos. Yet, people think that this kinda thing only happens to us.
You are on a Cowboys forum. No one thinks that kinda thing only happens to us, we just don't generally care enough about the other teams to complain here when it does (unless it can directly effect us).

Do you really think we should start a thread about how the Broncos lost to the Colts here and discuss? I mean we also don't have threads constantly debating how Bo Nix sucks/is great, or how the Broncos defense sucks because they gave up 300 yards passing to Daniel Jones and/or 167 yards rushing today.

I bet on a Broncos fan board they are complaining about all that stuff if you want to go visit.

Current KC team reminds me of the 1996-1997 Cowboys.
They seem to be desperately trying to stay competitive. And they are, to certain extent, but they are starting to decline….

Mahomes needs better weapons by yesterday. I know the Chiefs have spent those resources investing on defense, and I know it's paid off with what is probably a top 3 defense in the NFL. But the talent on offense is reaching critically low levels

This is kind of like the situation that Tom Brady had when he forced his way out of New England. His defense wasn't this good, but his offense was just as starved.

I lost my FF game by three. How in the world did Derrick Henry only get me two points???

Yes they are. Why do people keep parroting this lie?
I clearly heard it from a wrong source. But the fact the NFL has to vote every year whether or not to keep the play tells me it's not just the irate fans screaming at the TV that thinks it's unfair.

It’s fair to say it’s not fun to watch. That’s a good excuse to ban it. Football is entertainment at the end of the day.

But it being “unfair” would only come into play if everyone is as successful at it. Theyre not; something clearly works for Philly that doesn’t work elsewhere. Ask yourself this: if Philly had never run it, would anyone care to ban it? No, Philly being too good at it is the problem.
