Late Games Thread 10/23

They spent a ton on defense the last couple off season as well.

Which brings me back to my initial point: Brandon Staley, a defensive coach with a bad defense, despite that spending.

Jets may hang on and get to 5-2….wonder how many bet they would have no more than 4 wins.

ya I don’t think my projection of San Fran being best team in nfc is off

This is the year to go all out. Absolutely no one in the NFC is dominant and scary. No one. All the past teams like Rams, Tampa, SF and Green Bay all are below average to bad this year.

Ya unfortunately not much available and “ we like our guys “ will win out but I’ll enjoy the ride

Remember that one tweet who rated the 49ers as having the best offense in the NFL, just because they traded for CMAC?

None of these late games seem interesting to me.
KC and SF I don’t like either team. But I guess a loss by SF is better for Dallas.
As is a loss by Seattle.
Seattle looks pretty good. Geno is good, and this new RB is insane. If their D can continue to step up, they might be the best team outside the East!

Herbert with the "Garbage time" extravaganza going on.

Having Keenan Allen on your team would be maddening. Great player, but misses multiple games every year due to injury.

Returned today after missing about a month, and promptly gets hurt again.

That trade is going to be viewed as a mistake in about a year when CMC is going through his annual hamstring injury. Electric player when he is on the field, but the problem is that his position is of low value in the modern NFL and prone to flaming out quickly.
