Late Games Thread

Say what you like but Eli is in contention for HOF and Romo has done nothing with his career. He was gifted the two TDs today by a crappy defense and the boys still lost.
1. Eli, HoF? That's a stretch.

2. Brees was gifted his TDs by a crippled defense. What's the point?

I didn't take it like you did. And I shouldn't come here to start in about Eli vs Romo. Admittedly, I frequent this board and much of my liking it stems from the Eli romo debate. Both are very good QBs and Eli has benefitted from a better defense. I have no trouble admitting that. He also played very well in both SB runs and the result, as well as the stats show that.

2007 the D did it- eli was just around. Anyone crediting ANY QB for that helmet play is an idiot.

2011 Eli did make significant plays. No arguement about that year.

Loving the Giants being so miserable, it wouldnt surprise me if they lose to the Eagles next week haha.

LOL! @ Manning shaking his head after the sack he just took :laugh2:

2007 Eli was more than just around. He was very good for the entire run. Look up his stats.

We could get lucky.

That would be great. They can't lose enough for me. I hope they go 0-16 next year. I hate them, more than any other team in all of professional sports. :suxjints: :suxjints: :suxjints: :giants: :giants:

imagine if we drafted ray rice instead of felix jones.

i know..i know....another "what if".

but i can't help but compare the two and their approaches and passion for the game.

hopefully we'd run a different offense cause Rice rushing the ball 10 times a game would be criminal. Hell its ridiculous that Murray doesn't run it more.

64-7..................- that is what the Giants have been outscored by (so far) in the last 2 weeks.

I don't even think Eli is overrated.. yeah he's won two rings but I've heard no one say he was better then Peyton or Brady. As for Romo, He hasn't been as clutch as Eli over the years so I'd put Eli ahead.

Even saying that though, people who say Romo sucks only look at the bad games.. same for people who call Eli overrated.

Romo is a better QB than Eli, definitely. Romo is clutch, and more consistent. I don't care about the two rings and the hate that comes my way for saying it. That is my opinion and I will not waiver from it.

the Giants look fat and happy from winning a couple Super Bowls.

Not bad enough. I want 1000000 to 0. That would make me happy.
