Late games thread

I think they would have. I know eagle fans personally have told me they were very happy with the miracle play.

Last year the saints lost to rams, Vikings twice, Patriots, Falcons. But they’d beat the team that beat every one of those teams? I mean it only makes sense.

There's a few teams in the NFL that are pretty much unstoppable. Good defenses don't even matter against them. I'd still include the Rams in that even though they suffered a beat down in one half.
Well the most points the Saints have scored in a game this year has been 43. Today they already have 35. Bad defense, good offense, call it what you will, I’ll call it horrendous defense but it’s a joke regardless. This is the NFL, not college, and on top of that those points were scored in one half against the almighty Rams.

*For reference, the Saints scored 21 against Cleveland and 33 against the Gnats for the entire game!

There's no doubt it was some terrible defense. That doesn't mean Rams had a terrible defense in general just that their defense had a terrible half which can happen to any team.

Just checked back in on the game. Over under looks to be over that 57 pretty soon.

If Ty Montgomery doesn't blow it for the Packers Rams probably lose last week. Aaron Rodgers with plenty of time only needed a fg. Rams were lucky.
