There is no way we pass on Chris Houston if Ross and Nelson is off the board.
There is no way we pass on Bowe, who is a better prospect then Led-Legs,Jarrett.

sweet... so basically, there is no reason for any one mock to be an elevated status over another... FF, GBN, Yahoo, etc. are no better mocks than any of the thousands on the FF Mock Forum: http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=45

so, while emphasis on who likes what mock is cool, I think getting overwhelmed by who the experts think is going where is a strange idea because no one has ever completely been correct...

Really, this post could have gone in any of the Mock Draft posts we have, but I really just wanted to get this off my chest... my bad, Cowboys rule:star:

I would love to have Dwayne Jarrett on this team. He's the most productive wide receiver in this draft.

My only concern is a lack of seperation speed.

We don't need no speedy wide receiver, we need productivity. Touchdowns. He could be like our Marion Barber down within the 20 - 40 yard line touchdown specialist.

I believe with Dwayne Jarrett, Terrell Owens, Terry Glenn, Patrick Crayton, Sam Hurd, and Miles Austin we have the best wide receiver core in the NFL.

I wouldn't be mad if we have drafted Dwayne Bowe, cause he reminds me of Michael Irvin. But Dwayne Jarrett is a wide receiver that could become productive for our team.

Let's throw away the comparisons to Mike Williams because Dwayne Jarrett didn't take a year off. To be honest I still like Mike Williams as a receiver, I just believe when he took a year off he hurt his ability to make a good transition to the NFL. Ditto for Maurice Clarrett.

Dwayne Jarrett is in the mold of a Keyshawn Johnson/Plaxico Bureess type player. I feel with the right people working with him and if he gets stronger, he could develop more speed and become more dominant down the line.

To be honest I believe the wrong team draft Mike Williams, he would've been better with the Dallas Cowboys. But who knows?

We don't need no double negatives either.....

Besides he wasn't talking about down field speed, he's talking about seperation speed. It doesn't matter where you're at on the field if you can't get seperation you're not catching many passes bud.

Too much love for USC WRs and UT DBs in this thread. If there's anything specific class of individuals I'm looking to avoid, it's those two. Just playing the percentages here, people.

By the 3rd quarter DBs are gonna be tired of holding jarrett, he is big so by the end of the game them same DB are gonna be a little tired then at that time Jarrett will manhandle them

Yeah. He's a real bully. Mike Williams was even a bully. I believe it really hurted him when he took a year off from football.

IF WR is what they target why in the world would Dallas skip over Dwayne Bowe and take Jarrett?

That doesn't make a lot of sense....

I like both wide receivers and wouldn't be mad if Cowboys draft either. But if it was up to me, I would love to have Dwayne Jarrett.
