My only concern is a lack of seperation speed.
We don't need no speedy wide receiver, we need productivity. Touchdowns. He could be like our Marion Barber down within the 20 - 40 yard line touchdown specialist.
I believe with Dwayne Jarrett, Terrell Owens, Terry Glenn, Patrick Crayton, Sam Hurd, and Miles Austin we have the best wide receiver core in the NFL.
I wouldn't be mad if we have drafted Dwayne Bowe, cause he reminds me of Michael Irvin. But Dwayne Jarrett is a wide receiver that could become productive for our team.
Let's throw away the comparisons to Mike Williams because Dwayne Jarrett didn't take a year off. To be honest I still like Mike Williams as a receiver, I just believe when he took a year off he hurt his ability to make a good transition to the NFL. Ditto for Maurice Clarrett.
Dwayne Jarrett is in the mold of a Keyshawn Johnson/Plaxico Bureess type player. I feel with the right people working with him and if he gets stronger, he could develop more speed and become more dominant down the line.
To be honest I believe the wrong team draft Mike Williams, he would've been better with the Dallas Cowboys. But who knows?
