We have 116, 000000 for next year. This deal has no impact on what we do next year.
We will sign whoever's they want, if they choose to not give someone a deal, it's not cause they didn't have the money !
Wait till we see what the funny money is before you cry.
It's a good day today !
Trust... not anymore.
Not that I'm upset with this deal... but all that cap space is quickly going away.
Still got Amari, Dak, Zeke and Byron up next.

Those will be the next 30 threads/day thing going on after everyone hashes out how upset/happy they are with this deal.

I'm shocked that a deal got done. I was 100% expecting this thing to go down to the wire.

5 years sounds just about right - we'll be paying him guaranteed money till his age 30 season which sounds great to me.

I want to see the dollar figures though, see if D-Law got his $22M a year or if he backed down a tad.

He’s set to get more year one cash than Mack did(31 mil). That actually sets up nicely going forward to sign the others. If he even got just 32 cash value year one, that’s only 68 mil left over the next four years of the extension. That averages 17/per

Lawrence will get the most money ever in the first year of a deal for a defensive player, NFL Media reports.
