Well, we aren't going to get a young healthy pro bowl caliber DT. they aren't available. McCoy at 80% is still better than anyone we got.
Lawrence is 4 years younger and hasn't had any issue staying healthy... Give me Lawrence for what'll probably be the same cost.

They play different positions. We've can win without sacks. We can't win giving up 200 yards rushing.

He’s probably a 15-17 million a year guy. I can’t imagine anymore though. But Tank is a solid player and does a lot that doesn’t show in the stat box.

The defense as a whole didn’t show up last night, and it’s true the Rams knew what they were doing he really had zero chance to do anything in the game.

For what'll likely be the same price, if you're saying it's one or the other, give me the younger Lawrence. I'm not sure what you're missing here.

By the way, your point is moot, there's zero chance that the Cowboys let one of their own (Lawrence) walk in favor of McCoy, that's not their M.O.

Which is why the divisional round of the playoffs is our glass ceiling. I think McCoyis going to cost a lot less than DLAW. He didn't have a good year. He might just need a change of scenery. In any case, we cannot neglect the interior of the DL to keep DLAW.

I'm bringing him back. He disappeared yesterday, but the d as a whole simply didn't play well.

He wasn't nearly as bad down the stretch of the season as most think he was. If you go simply by sacks he was, but there is so much more to the game than the box score, especially for defensive players

How many games has he missed since he changed his off-season routine and diet (2 years ago)?

Doesnt mean we ignore his health issues and suspension. Hes had 2 good years out of 5 if were being generous. He will have surgery again this offseason most likely.
