Lawrence Okoye

It's been a really in depth and enjoyable show to watch. Nice filler when there's no football. Wonder if Okoye will do anything with us.

Okoye must suck or Bruce Arians takes the parking situation very seriously.......respect, consideration, consequences......lost art

Well having the car towed, and some laps around the field would have been sufficient.

I like him as a coach

Me too...I love a coach that just has rules that aren't to be broken...even if they seem petty to the players. Players respond to consistency and structure, especially if you start to win more often than not. I'd love for us to look at that staff and personality type for our next head coach...whenever we need a new coach.

talent wins, not the process

I don't follow. Are you saying if you are talented you win? If so, no way. You can have all of the talent in the world, but without form, function and process you are just a collection of players. If you meant something else, please elaborate when you have time. I feel a good dialogue about to happen.

Didn't Arians poke fun at the Cowboys last season for our dress code rule and cutting two players because of it? Seems like a contradiction to me.

Yes talent trumps discipline every day......the U, Switzer's Okla, FSU were all criminals yet they never lost...just like today's ALA, USC and Baylor....then Jimmy came to town and with 100 #1 picks DAL turned into a dynasty with a bunch of criminals and wackos

The Raiders of old also broke all the rules but they won because they had talent, just like Landry's Boys and Gibbs' Commanders and the 49ers...

Today the Pats win because they have Tom Brady and a strong D.....all that Belichick hubris didn't work in CLE, like Pete Carroll failed in NE but has a consistent winner in SEA...

Dallas has the RKGs and the process and the babysitters.....JG says and does all the right things, like a coach-bot but we are a .500 team because Romo can only take us so far....we finally have some talent on Offense this year so I expect big things if the D can just make some big plays and turnovers like 2014...

I do know that is has nothing to with Dress Codes on the bus, parking spots or being late to some team meetings...

Arians says team will make sure Corey White has a coat and tie for road trip. That's why White was cut by Cowboys

Maybe it also says as much about the players as the coach. If he cuts a practice squad for that after stars have done it, he loses respect as it means nothing. But I'm betting the stud stars never park in the wrong places because they are focused on the details, the rules, and all the little things. It was more a message for the JAGS to realize that you have to care about all the little things to create greatness.

There are certainly great players as far as athleticism is concerned, but if they don't have that focus, do they truly become great players and winners.
