Lawrence Phillips isn't working...can he kick?

Just read on AP that Lawrence Phillips, while avoiding arrest on a domestic violence case, was driving a stolen car and ran down three Teenagers with whom he had been argueing in Los Angeles. How is that news? Seems about par for the course for him.

Maybe in prison he will finally find the love and affection he has always so vainly sought elsewhere but which has eluded his best efforts.

The big question is though, Can he Kick??
