Since the league office APPROVED these contracts, how can they now say they are invalid?

Collusion on part of the other owners?

If the Cowboys and Commanders file suit then the concept of the 'integrity of the game' will be put into question moreso than every before. This goes right to the core of how the league as a legal entity operates. This goes beyond competitive balance.

Jerry Jones will not throw out the baby with the bath water or at least he will actively try to prevent it but these are some murky waters we are entering.

If neither party backs down in someway a law suit is inevitable.

Jerry and Dan need to go after Goodell and the rest of the communist party. The players should be siding with the Cowboys and Commanders and against all of those teams that spent less than the minimum.

The NFL has got to know that if it gets to court they lose. By approving those contracts two years ago and now suddenly saying they are not valid, any court is going to ask then why were they approved in the first place?

And this would drag a lot of other things out into the open as well. Anyway you look at it the NFL would suffer.

Jerruh and Danny Boy should hold firm and force the other owners to back down. Because if they get away with this then what else can they pull down the road?
