LB Mark Nzeocha Has Knee Scoped As Cowboys Continue Final Week Of OTAs

FRISCO, Texas – Linebacker Mark Nzeocha had his knee scoped on Tuesday as the Cowboys finish up their final week of OTAs.

It’s a cleanup procedure for Nzeocha, who’s in competition for more defensive snaps entering his third NFL season.

The Cowboys haven’t announced a timetable for Nzeocha’s return, though arthroscopic procedures typically take a period of weeks for full recovery.

This is another guy who needs to show something this year. Not off to the best start. Hopefully he's ready for training camp.

Some guys just can't. Matt Johnson was one. Danny Coale I think too. Jury's out on this guy and Chaz Green, but doesn't look good.
