LB Money Question

I keep hearing that the rationale for not paying big money at FS is that there is already major dollars invested in Henry with Roy and TNew to follow and that you cannot commit too much to one unit. If that logic applies, than how can we throw big $ at OLB? Ware is already getting first round money and Ayodele just signed a big contract. James will want big money soon so can we afford to pay big at the other OLB. Or is LB just that important in the 3-4?
