I guess the NFL's idea of leadership in a quarterback is having a good offensive line and a good defense...

Peyton Manning must have been a poor leader for years until he won the super bowl, and became a good leader...

#18 when 6-10 in his 4th season starting.

Didn't win the super bowl until his 9th year starting in the league...

Tom Brady hasn't won a super bowl since 2004, and is 13-7 since coming back from his injury.

You're confusing the NFL with the TV analysts' perception of the NFL. They are so far apart its not even funny.

Oh, and also note that "Clutch QB" is a secret code phrase for "QB that plays on a team with a good defense".
 
Romo will be fine. Give him a few more years + a competent coordinator that calls smart plays instead of gambling and putting his players in position to fail
