This is for all the people that had/has a problem with Romo. Have you seen his leadership this preseason?

I have never had a problem with Romo and his so called lack of leadership.

Can you explain this? I'm reading it one of two ways:

1. people say "leadership" and point to it because they don't know what's going on on the field, as in they have no idea how football really works, or...

2. people say "leadership" and point to it when they as players don't know what's going on, as in teammates.

Never had a problem with leadership regarding Romo. You can't force it upon someone, they have to grow into the roll.

I think the difference now is we have a leader as a head coach.

Wade Phillips was anything but a leader during his time here.

I love what Garrett has done with this team. If you aren't going to make the effort, it doesn't matter how much you cost, you are gone.
