Unless you're referring to some footage that was not aired during the actual game, no there wasn't. There was no visual evidence showing Patterson with possession of the ball, downed, and touching a 49er. That's why the replay couldn't overturn the call. Again, nobody knows what the NFL said about these decisions as this KFFL blurb is derived from some San Fran journalist's assumptions about what calls the NFL might have admitted were in error.

Nope. Actual game footage. You could see Patterson as he was getting up, one knee on ground, leaning into a SF lineman. Had it pointed out with a SF fan as we watched.
