Oh so win those guys lose, they don't go throwing there teamates under the bus ever? they dont slam there team? Kobe Bryant never wanted to be traded because he thought Gasol was "Soft" and Bynum was a baby? Kobe never threw a fit or an elbow at when PHX was kickin there butts out of the playoffs?

You guys wanna hate Lebron James go at it, you wanna say he's not the best go for it, you wanna boo him for how did Cleveland ok. But don't see here and act like He's the worlds greatest person, when you have players in sports that have been, and done a hell of a lot worse. (IE Rape, Murder, Drugs, Guns, etc)..

I have no problem what so ever with LeBron's decision. I'm not a Cleveland fan (wanted him in NY though) and if anything was disappointed that he decided not to chase greatness (winning with Wade will never have him in the argument for greatest ever, or of this era).

As far as my point, I do think Kobe was very immature at a similar point (and latter even), but I wouldn't describe him as a front runner. He may have celebrated championships, but I don't recall him jumping up and down on the bench after a dunk in a blowout game against a sub .500 team. Also, after Shaq left LA, Kobe moved on (Shaq has taken a couple shots at him, but Kobe never responded). If Kobe waited till he had the upper hand on Shaq, to say "nanny nanny boo boo, I got more championships!" Then I would feel the same way, but mocking Cavalier fans (aimed at Gilbert, but you cannot seperate them in this situation) is low.

You wanna ignore all that and act as if Lebron is the single worse person in all of sports, then you are just showcasing your stupidity and ignorance

What are you his BFF or something?

Figures you come in and sweep Kobe's antics under the rug as just immature. But to answer your question, no im not his BFF, i just get tired of people laying into him as if he's done the worse possible thing a basketball player can do, and comparing him to players like Kobe "Colorado" Byrant as if Bryant has never done wrong in his career.

Exactly; Kobe has done WAY worse than Lebron ever has. All Lebron did was make his "decision" in a questionable manner. To be fair, he did help out charity quite a bit due to that decision. Also, he honored his contract with the Cavs and you never saw him demanding to get out of Cleveland. What more could you ask from the guy? Sure it may have been a little self centered, but that is about as far as it goes. As far as the tweet goes that was "aimed" at Gilbert; big deal... it's the entertainment business. Lebron backs his mouth up on the hardwood and is one of the best players to play the game of basketball.

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE" - Gilbert

I mean honestly; who's statement is more ridiculous?

As for the aftermath of the 'decision' he generated $2.5 million that he donated to the Boys and Girls clubs of Cleveland.

Just some food for thought.

Actually he was forcing his way out until Jerry West handed over Gasol for nothing.

Jerry West was no longer with the Grizz when that trade went down.

Stay classy, Cleveland.

Anybody here that's been to Cleveland knows that LeBron's decision was a no brainer.

I have no problem with LeBron's deciding to leave Cleveland. It's the manner in which he did it that was classless and made him deserving of an extreme beatdown.

Lets face it, LeBron is a POS plain and simple. Cleveland should be happy to wipe him off their *tails* and discard it into the toilet.

The Cavs got beat 112-57 in Los Angeles.

I lol'd.

I've also decided to embrace the Miami Heat and LeBron James in order to go against the grain. Haters gonna hate.
