Forget political affiliation or favorite this or that......James steps up big-time

To me being a true role model is Lebron's true legacy when all is said and done. I can guarentee he won't have a Jordanesque HOF acceptance speechThere is no way anyone can ever debate, or say, that Lebron doesn't step it up big time off the court. He's definitely an athlete that takes his role as a role model seriously, and he does his best to actually do a lot of good for kids, and people in general, with his platform as an athlete.
I have nothing but respect for Lebron as a man.
I think he's a great basketball player too, one of the best of all time, I'm just not as high on him as others on the court.
Oh how I can mention names that would prove that comment wrong. But that's beside the point. Is uva going to set up the Yahoo Pick 'ems this year? If so, kindly PM me on the details. Not a huge fan but I respect this so great job young man. He has done more good than any athlete or politician.

I haven't really looked into this but is all this free stuff coming out of LeBrons pocket?
Tell the truth... the federal and state government don't have money of its own. This is tax-payer funding of a brand of common core education called STEM.For the record........no it isn't. Depends on the type of kids. For every title, one kid ( usually from a low-income family) the school receive federal and/or state government funding. As a rule from my understanding, those funds are used for operational expense including tuition and meal for students. For charter schools, that may or may not be enough, meaning they may have to rely on private donations. With exception of tuition and meals, rest of the perks are likely coming out his pocket with the biggest being college expenses. No question he's going the extra mile allowing his kids/parents to focus on learning and advancing their education. Certainly a model initiative..........
Isn't that just a little too convenient.Forget political affiliation

Obviously you have the same issue since you are the one that started this thread that has ZERO to do with football or the Cowboys. I don't have to assume what LeBron James is thinking because he has made it clear to anyone listening, what's on his mind. The truth is he does care about the molding of young minds... to the very ideology he uses to fan the flames of division.Obviously, you have some serious issues that have ZERO to do with football and Cowboys. I won't bother responding to your post cause it's a waste of time but just know this, it's a dangerous game you playing ASSUMING you KNOW what another person is thinking. IF you want the real truth and understanding, just simply ask Joe. It isn't that hard...
