Lee nicked again (back)

I think it's about time that Joe DeCamillis is on the hot seat.

We hear how he's the ruler over how everything works on Special Teams.

Dez who was hurt on Special Teams last season should not have been on those units anymore because he's now a starter.

next year Coach D is history

I'm a huge fan of Coach D but ST's lost the game for us as far as I'm concerned. He is on the hot seat. Just not because of injuries, that's just silly. He's on the hot seat because we have two kickers still and ST's still pretty much stinks.

When you have guys that are fragile and injury prone, you have to keep an eye on them. Of course football is a rough sport but certain guys seem to get hurt more than others. I would be as cautious as possible with Dez and Sean Lee until they can get a full year in under Mike Woicik and a top NFL strength and conditioning program. Both guys were injured last year so much of their season was spent rehabbing and healing vs. getting stronger. Also, with the lockout, they couldn't continue training under the supervision of any team trainer during the offseason.

I think if we leave all of our best players on the bench, then they will not get hurt during the year and be healthy for the playoffs.

Jerry is awesome.

I'll bet the kicker and RB decisions are just more of Jerry totally doing what he wants without even talking to the coaches. It just seems like it doesn't it?

He's so injury prone, I can't wait until we replace him, he can never stay healthy, he's not playing up to his salary, he's not tough, etc.
Ever think that inserting this stuff might perpetuate this kind of thing? Give it a shot, maybe it wouldn't happen.

Did juck get ahold of your CPU? Kidding juck. I know you're not crazy about Lee, but I believe you will be changing your mind rather quickly if you haven't somewhat already.

I was being sarcastic. I think Sean Lee is going to be a beast by midseason.

Woody was a starting star player and he played ST because he was one of the better tacklers/hitters.

It would be funny if they put Bradie James on special teams.

One injury after another with this kid. His body just isn't built for the NFL.

...would you say Dez Bryant or Adrian Peterson's bodies aren't built for the NFL? C'mon man:rolleyes: .....JUST TAKE LEE AND DEZ OFF SPECIAL TEAMS...unless you're in the playoffs...then you go for it obviously.

That's why they need to take things slowly with the young, injury-prone players. Felix Jones was the same way early on in his career here. In 2008 and 2009, you would cringe every time he got tackled and he missed some games. But he got stronger over time and that's what the Cowboys need to do with Lee and Dez. They shouldn't try to run them into the ground yet, as good as they are. Give them a full year to get stronger and more durable. That should mean no special teams for either of them.

y not him and brookings should be on special teams rather than sean lee or they can hit the road. We really shouldn't risk sean lee on special teams. Sean lee has shown us he can be a factor in the run game as well as the passing game. Bradie and brookings (atleast one of them) should be on special team rather than lee.

The guy gets hurt repeatedly, special teams or not. Continue to pretend he doesn't.

Oh I know. You and I agree on just about everything. Like the way you think when it comes to the Cowboys! Juck is not a big fan of Lee. Was bustin his chops while replying to you. Carry on, friend.
