I think Holland's problem is pass protection.. the one series I saw him in a couple of games ago he was just backpedaling looking around for someone to block and didnt know what to do. Flo let the guy go inside to Holland but he wasn't there.

Flo could not raise his arm due to the stinger and that was why he was beaten like a drum. What worries me is that despite that they did not put in Free. Looks like all the talk that he ws ready to play was just that.
Holland- I had high hopes but they are fading. Ujnless he is a total moron he should know the plays and protection schemes good enough to start by now. since he is not I can only figure he is no better then proctor, which is pretty sad. OR he got into Houck's doghouse.

Hey guys. Trust me when I say that Holland and Flo will improve with more practice reps together. Olinemen play within the scheme but they also develop a comfort level with each other. The more reps Flo and Montrae get together the less likely chance that you'll see a mental breakdown between the two on the blocking schemes.
