Byron Leftwich (out, ankle) and Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio are currently not on speaking terms.

Leftwich was reportedly nowhere to be found at practice Friday. David Garrard will be Jacksonville's starting quarterback in Week 8.

A possible divorce at the end of the season? Jack Del Rio to Dallas? Interesting.

I'd rather have Leftwich.

I knew someone would say that! :p:

he's like McNair, good QB but only on the field for about 10-12 games per year.
That's my only hesitation.
Plus, I think, and hope, that Romo will put to rest any feelings that we need to go get an immediate starter next offseason.

As for JDR, I love the toughness he brings (wish we could get him as Def coordinator) and the toughness his teams display, but he seems to be that coach that will always be good but never get over the hump and win a championship. JMO.

JDR has Campo as his def coordinator. If he were to come here, would Campo come with him? ;)

Aikman missed 2 or more games in 7 of his 12 seasons. He only played 16 games 3 times.

That didn't stop the Cowboys from winning 3 superbowls with him at QB.
