Legal THC?

Has anyone tried these new THC gummies, drinks, etc that are apparently legal now in most states? You will fail drug tests, regardless if they're legal, but just curious if they really do anything? Reading about it, I guess the loophole is that if you make it into a gummy, it's a loophole around the THC farm laws because of the weight distribution of gummies. Yet, I still see sodas and everything else. And now everyone has mood flavors. The sleeping version, the euphoria version, etc... And I see they're trying to promote them as an alternative to drinking because it's healthier. Anyone tried them? Your experience?

Evidently it’s a loophole in the law that allows the sale of certain types of hemp which contain THC.

I have not tried any but it is legit from what I’ve heard.

I have a medical marijuana card in PA so I haven’t had to try any of these other products.
 
It is a loophole.

I've tried both and its nothing compared to the natural stuff.

For me Drinks you can hardly feel the effects, Gummies are a hit and miss depending on dosage.

I have a medical marijuana card but it’s only good in Hawaii. I needed it for PTSD from my service days. It made the nightmares go away at night. Now that I’m back in Texas I’ve been struggling to find something that quells the nightmares. I finally found some gummies that work. Surprisingly, they’re hemp based but have no THC which is fine with me because I didn’t do it to get high. The stuff in Hawaii would blow you away and make you vege out. Not good for everyday use IMO.
 
From what the news has said, the latest government funding bill is closing the loophole within the next year. As far as I know, THC is THC, but I don't use the stuff.
 
The Delta 9 ones are the same THC in regular weed, so it's identical.

Don't mess with the Delta 8 or other synthetics.

Be careful not to take too much before sleeping. Its a hell of a thing to wake up when the high its. For gummies, micro dosing is best for sleep imo
 
In my state (Nebraska), they sell gummies that are CBD only and others that have the CBD and THC in limited amounts. There's some kind of limit that they need to stay under to keep it legal. They're basically CBD or THC light. Just one state over in Missouri, they have the full McCoy legalized, and I imagine some Nebraskans have journeyed over there for it, but I haven't.

The gummies available here in NE do relieve some pain. They don't feel all that powerful to me, but they have helped me some with back pain and other types.
 
WV is a state that allows medical Marijuana but it has to be in smokeless form. Some States allow it in smoking form.

I thought about looking into some for pain issues but I get my medical service and RX from the VA and pretty sure they do not prescribe it in any form.

Marijuana is legal here in CT. I forgot it wasn't nationally.

Yep, shrooms. Decriminalized for therapeutic use in some states including California, Colorado, and Oregon. Microdosing is becoming widely recognized for treating depression and mental health and it's a very small dosage. Macrodosing is for taking the magic carpet ride.
