Wow... I wonder if Leinart wishes he could go back in time and come out last year...

probably a 49ers last yera
probably #1

instead he comes back to get beat by Vince TWICE

in the bowl and in the draft

Who cares? He gets to avoid the NFL titanic of the 49ers and now gets to play on a team with a stacked offense. I dont think he regrets anything.

Well I heard his family was rich, so he probably doesn't care that he missed out on millions of extra dollars.

Don't know if it was PFT or someone else, but the estimate is that he cost himself about $40 million

Seeing that his family was already wealthy I kinda doubt that he regrets his decision. Not only that, getting a chance to throw to Bolden and Fitzgerald is not too bad a deal. ;)

I would rather rebuild with the 49ers(like Aikman did with boys) than play for Denny and the Cards.

Leinart will have tons of help from the WR's and RB Edgerrin James. and I bet ARI picks up a couple of guys for the OL too.

If it was $40 million that he is missing out on... then EVERYONE(rich people too) care about missing out on $40 million.

Pure insanity. The 9ers arent going anywhere. The Cardinals have an awesome new stadium, 2 of the best WR's in the league and one of the best RB's in the league.

He looked really sad when the Jets passed him over. Guess he wanted the attention of a large market.

There you go making alot of sense:) I agree.

I am sure Leinart would rather be the toast of the 49ers or Jets instead of the Cards. Gimme a break.

which part?

I dont think he cares that he went to the Cardinals in the draft...he will be a great pro and make alot of money...He is more ready to play in the NFL than Young is right now by far....alot more polished etc....

Detroit will rue the day the passed on Lienart.
He only had one criteria for Matt Millen's tastes. His first name begins with 'M'. A guy must also be stupid, slow, and on crack in order for Millen to take him.
