Should they keep him. Do you guys see him as accident waiting to happen? Even after yesterdays game, he seemed shaky out there. He catches the ball with a bounce. Does better once he's on the move.

Hasn't he muffed 2 punt attempts already?

can and will he help this year.
doubtful.
is he worth keeping for next year
probably will draft a wr high next year
so i dont see the value he offers.

Too many options out there that offer more, always liked Austin as a returner, as long as he doesn't muff.

I don't expect to see him returning punts. If Cowboys go 7 WR he will make the team but more likely they will go 6 WR and hopefully he can make it to the PS.

1 thing about special teams you have many backup players out there, when many backup position have yet to be determined. I expect to see a very different looking special team come regular season.

Too much of a gambler back there. And we seen the eventual screw ups. Looks decent as a WR, but not enough to unseat anyone already ahead of him. And that should include Noah Brown, who was out all TC.
Maybe another year on the PS, but most likely we draft a WR next year also. Which means it will be year 3 or overdose of Lenoir returning punts in TC.

He is the next Jameille Showers PS hero / Lifer.

No and I don't think they had any plans for him to be the punt returner. He did it last preseason but obviously not in the regular season.

Just fair catch every punt and don’t hold.

I’ll be ecstatic

No. No. And not Austin either. I don’t have to have a punt returner that can take it to the house all the time. Just catch the ball.

Sad ain’t it. We would be happy with that. Everytime I see one of our guys run it I keep waiting to see them fumble. Especially Beez. He is so small one good pop.

Truth. Then every decent return is just negated by a holding

Yeah and I haven’t even learned the new kickoff rules. Looks like pretty much they can’t get a running start. Do they kick from the same place as last year? Seems like they are now wanting them to run it back.

We had a guy that was top 10 in both punts and kickoffs, even took one to the house but oh well we needed a DT that must likely doesn't make the team.

Seems to bobble every other punt return. Going back to last year. Got a personal foul in garbage time.

And has absolutely no upside. 4.67 forty. For a WR. Just doesn't have what it takes physically.
