I would honestly consider signing the guy to a 1 year deal. Nagy simply doesn't have the strength to play guard in the NFL at this point. These rookies had no offseason conditioning program. Get a veteran who knows the offense for this year, and develop linemen like Nagy, Arkin, Kowalski and Costa for the future.

The young guys along the Oline are going through their first growing pains like it was two-a-days rightnow. In the process of allowing them to develope they will get stronger over time later in the season.
