Floyd's had a weird career. Very much a late bloomer... he did nothing in Chicago for 4 years, then turned into one of the most consistent edge rushers in football for the next 4 years. Looking it up, he's 31 years old now, but I bet he still has 2 years of gas in the tank.

The Whiners’ FO look for ways to improve their team and possibly win a championship next season.

However, Jerry and his family conduct nothing productive during free agency and shoot for a goal to only make it to the first round of the playoffs and lose. I could digest this method if Super Bowls are won but this is not the case.

The culture is the reason why this franchise is not successful anymore.
