Leslie Fraser - 4-3

7 years and the 3-4 still isn't cutting it with these players. I think we could be utilize the talents of our current guys by switching to a 4-3. Leslie Fraser is a young energetic coach that player for Buddy Ryan, played with Singletary and coached with Mike Tomlin.

Maybe he's someone we interview at the end of the year. Wade is done and everyone knows it. This team is undisplined and 8-8 at best. Garrett is an idiot and should never get a head coaching job.

It is when only a few coaches can coach it and we've had 2 of the so called best (Parcells/Phillips) and still crumble when the heat gets turned up.

Coach Jones has already stated that he loves the 3-4 (even though we won all five of our SBs with the 4-3), so you can forget about any 4-3 coaches.

That's the problem with Jones the GM. He can't realize when something isn't working.

Fraser is a Tampa 2, a scheme that is no longer the rage in the NFL, for good reason. Everything is cyclical, and the Tampa 2 has seen better days.

The Rex Ryan hybrid (3-4 & 4-3) is cutting edge right now. Or Dick LeBeau's tried and true zone 3-4 zone blitz scheme. Same w/Jim Johnson's 4-3 zone blitz scheme.

If Jerry hires a secondary specialist for DC, I would take Dennis Thurman over Fraser anyday.

Im pulling for linebackers coach Reggie Herring. He knows BOTH the 4-3 and 3-4 and has now been exposed to the Phillips 34 AND the 46 defense. He is fairly young and aggressive, watched him run the defense for Arkansas, he comes after the QB. Im thinking Herring is one of the next halfway young great defensive coordinators to come out, maybe even in the Rex Ryan mold. As an added bonus, the linebackers on our team seem to love this guy. Gotta ditch Wade before, or after this season and promote Herring. If we dont we will lose him and he will go on to have good success with someone else. Doesnt make ANY sense to lose a good coach for someone "WADE" that we all know is done after this season anyway. Has also coached under Dom Capers AND our very own Jimmy Johnson while at Oklahoma state. Guy has been exposed to a variety of schemes.

Dallas has the #1 offense yards wise. Maybe they can find some more idiots to help with the defense.
