Impossible to really "rebuild" when you dont have a QB and when that bad or average QB takes up almost 1/4 of the teams cap space himself. You rebuild with a QB on a rookie deal.

offense: draft OG OT. upgrade wr, rb in FA, let kellen walk. we need to play to our strengths not ignore them and quit trying to get so tricky. the wr screen is not an acceptable replacement for a solid run game. We had not one target for turpin on offense all season other than the goofy end around play. crazy.

defense: DT DT DT, and upgrade the LB depth. an upgrade at DT makes our current LBs better but we need to upgrade the unit depth.

special teams: replace the K and the coach. we did not block the gunners all season while having possibly the most dangerous returner in the league.
