Let’s talk about Rush money again

Want to know a really really really BIG difference between Dak and Rush?
Something extremely hard to argue...

  • One plays way beyond his contract.
  • The other doesn't play well enough to be worth his contract.
That is the difference right there.

One is underpaid, one is grossly over paid.

The mighty Rush is improving every week and is now 4-0 as a starter. He’s is once again clicking with our receivers and not afraid to test defenses. The entire offense seems to be in sync and on the same page for the past three games now. Strange isn’t it? Or is a different scheme being run as suggested by the naysayers? Hmmm…one can only wonder.

Strange. No mention of money anywhere in this.

This team with Dak last season scored 56 points against the Commanders. I'm glad that Cooper Rush is winning. But there's no need for any fan to act like Dak commonly struggles against NFC East opponents and that Cooper Rush somehow plays NFC East teams better than Dak ever could.
exactly:popcorn::hammer:

Really? That would have been awesome!

How many does he hang on Tampa Bay?
how many did Rush???? can you go back in time and insert Rush plaese..he would ahve also lost,. lmao look at the NFL how have they beat up on TB defense., bad game yes Daks fault NOPE..

Rush was absolutely horrid for most of the game. Was it one or two picks taken back by penalty? 3 big pass interference calls helped out the O more than anything. Made a couple nice TD passes.

The D won this one for us again.

People are using the excuse that Rush is feasting off the NFC LEAST, fair point. But look at Dak's career he was excellent in 2016 (when he had the best Oline best run game and good wrs) 10-0 against non-divisional opponents and just 3-3 in the division, but after that year he's 22-3 vs. the NFC East, everyone else he's 18-27. So Dak is guilty of feasting off the Least for a much larger time period. If we weren't in the NFC East I would argue he wouldn't still be the starting QB and we would have drafted a new one.

Yes it's a small sample size but it's all we have to go by, Rush is 2-0 against non-divisional opponents and 2-0 against the division.
FEASTING, RUSH?:lmao2: that what you call that sat line? come on i luv the guy but that why im :espn: all over those reactions ie overreactions. thats insane!

Um that what Dak does to the NFC east not have them hang in until the 4th qtr. not one NFCEAST game was close last year , these last 2 were far too close for that the defense and Sts are bringing.

Agreed.

Rush is what he is... A decent backup blessed with a very good defense.

He looked rattled some today. Those picks he threw were bad. For some reason they decided to largely ignore Pollard and make it the Zeke show which almost lost us the game again.

What I meant by feasting is simply being able to face a bad team and beat them, nothing to do with by how much.

And what prize do you actually get for beating a bad team by 40 and then losing to good teams? We had the best offense in the league yet could only score 17 at home against the 49ers in the playoffs when it mattered the most. What good is the #1 offense if you can't execute against a good defense? And it's not like that was Dak's first chance either.

when dak played this way before his deal in 2017 without zeke for those 6 games, without Tyrone without a great defense, fans said he sucked..its what fans said

yet Rush is delivering the same type of games as far as QB productivity and all of sudden its impressive? that Hypocrisy at its best!

Rush gives the team a chance to win, but Prescott offers far more upside.
