I agree that if the Cowboys come out flat again then something needs to change. I don't know how players at this level cannot be pumped for the playoffs, but there is some loser in those that can't. This is one reason I like drafting kids from winning college programs. If they get pumped for big games in college they will bring the same thing to the pros. It only takes a few guys to jack up the rest of the team. You don't know how kids from losing programs will react to winning.

The second point about the NFC being weak. I don't know about that. I am sure they are looking at the Cowboys after the throttling they took from Washington and thinking the same thing.

When I say weak I'm not talking about compared to the cowboys. If I'm another team I don't look at Dallas as a contender at all the way they've been playing.

But it's a much easier conference to win this year than it has been. Next year I'm sure the niners will be better at QB, even if it's still purdy.

The lions look like a team in the rise. I'm sure the eagles will be better as well. If Washington gets a good QB they will be tougher.

I'm just saying if it doesn't happen this year, I don't see it happening any time soon

Dallas Cowboys in the playoffs yet again. Different outcome? Same result? My feeling:

One thing is for sure if you go out and play bad chances are you will lose that goes for every team out there regardless if you are the 2 seed or the 7th seed. There are no next week. In the end out of 32 teams 2 will make it all the way. For Dallas if they go out and play the way I know they can then they will have a legit shot of being 1 of those 2 teams and if not then the season is done. For me I'm not worried about last year or 27 years, just this coming game.

Cheers, I hate the negativity too. 12-5 is a good regular season, we actually beat other playoff teams in the regular season with a winning record which has been a concern in other years. Time to erase 27 years starting now!

The best predictor for future behavior is past behavior...for the most part. I think this is definitely applicable in sports as well. If I am being truly honest, I have definite concerns about this Dallas team heading into the playoff. Having said all of that, I think Quinn, Moore and McCarthy will have a good game plan. I am excited to watch the game and hopefully they get the monkey off their back and send Brady packing. Unfortunately, some fans will choose to be negative just so they can so "I told you so" if it doesn't go well.
