What we need to do is practice hard, study the film, and play their guts out. Thats about all we can do at this time of the year.

Eh... Maybe it would be cool to do in the preseason or something, or some sort of scrim game. But this is the playoffs. I can see the players calling every play to themselves, all like hail mary's and stuff.

You have to have talent to fit the scheme. Dallas has neither a scheme, nor the defensive talent to fill a scheme. The coaches can only coach what they have as players. For sure, the talent is better suited for a 4-3, but the head coach is better suited for a 3-4. Those two facts don't produce a winner. Detroit easily exposed Parcells' team as a not-so-good 4-3 team. And Parcells thought he could run a 3-4.

This team, if converted back to a 4-3, would take two drafts/FA classes to get back to respectability. Ask yourself what DeMarcus Ware must be thinking tonight?
