Let's be critically honest about this offense

I have no objection to your opinion. Mine can accept that the overall team is Tier 2 currently. Playoffs are still weeks away. The opportunity for this offense to grow and turn the team into a low-rung Tier 1 team is there. However I have my doubts whether coaching and personnel can seize that opportunity before it is too late. The clock is ticking...

Agree, they can improve and the D has improved and could even further with the return of a healthy Lee and Irving.

It is the coaching, as you stated, that causes me to have reservations that they will improve. The only time they attempt to open it up is when desperate and forced to do it. This coaching staff has had two Tier 1 teams and been unable to win in the playoffs with them.

If we are brutally honest we need to improve. Cooper helps to open things up though and we seem to be making progress. Time will tell.

IMO We are stuck with this till the offseason where IMO Jerry will not re-sign Linehan at the very least.

I think the team should make the playoffs(NFC East) so Garrett will probably be retained but I believe Jerry is stuck on RJ and Dak as the future so he may want to hire a more innovative OC.

Then we'll see how next year goes.

If they had not scored that TD that he missed the XP, I think he would have missed the FG as it would have been close to the same spot.

We might have scored 22 points, and four points were left on the field by Beasleys drop and another point by the Maher missed XP. Those two very rare mishaps dont happen and we score 27 points, or the exact average the Falcons have given up to date.

I pointed out before we played them that the Falcons had been turning a corner recently defensively. In their first 5 games they gave up 32.6 ppg, the four games after that they had reduced that to 22.75.

QCE, that's playing "what might have been". He did drop the pass and did miss the XP and probably would have missed the FG, if they hadn't scored the TD. If we apply that to us, what if Ridley doesn't tip that pass or Julio drop one or Sanu?

THIS team just really needs a safety blanket tight end for Dak.. people underestimate witten's 5 and 6 yard routes for almost guaranteed yards even with no RAC ..most of the good offenses have a reliable tight end. dak hasnt fully matured yet in reading and awareness so that would make for a huge benefit.

Beating that blitz was a 4-point play, and it's what has to happen consistently for this offense to get to the next level.

If you add the drop by Beasley and the extra point miss that would give us 27. The amount Atlanta is giving up a game

Offense did not play as well as I would like, I will say right now a lot of teams are playing for their lives which accounts for all the close games yesterday as so many are in do or die mode
. I find it funny that last week when people were making their prediction not many were giving a Dallas a chance to win the game yet many of the same now upset that Dallas did not win impressive enough yet did not expect them to win at all.
