Lets clarify a few things and put this season to bed

Dallas would NOT have beaten the NE Pats - Brady would shred us worse than Colt McCoy - no pass rush and two stiffs named Carr & Scandrick , he'd have the same field day he did v the #1 D the last decade.

Plus our LB's can't cover.

Dallas would not have beaten Seattle in Seattle again - we beat Seattle when they were missing 4 starters on D , and in the midst of SB hangover. In fact we woke them up.

There is no conspiracy v the Cowboys - the NFL doesn't need us , contrary to popular belief - Dean Blandino isn't why we lost.

We didn't deserve to beat Green Bay because quite frankly a one legged QB tore us apart , much like Brady would have - could we have won? Sure, if Murray didn't fumble and Marinelli wasn't outclassed.

We also didn't deserve to beat GB because lets be honest, the Lions were robbed.

Romo's biggest career throw came in a tainted game - sad to say,

We are NOT a player away from being over the top or two or three for that matte, we are a defense away,

We still lack a defensive leader - haven't had one since Ken Norton.

Jimmy Johnson doesn't belong in the HOF, he didn't coach long enough - no conspiracy .

I think all the above is hogwash to be honest. You have NO IDEA what this team would've done against the Pats. Who predicted that Chris Matthews would be the best player on the field yesterday? A wide receiver who didn't have a catch all year long? Who predicted that the play of the game would've been made my a rookie cornerback? Who could've predicted that brainfart at the end of the game by the Seahawks?

This is the NFL and even more importantly the Super Bowl. Nothing is guaranteed and expect the unexpected. So no, i'm not going to sit here and concede that we would've lost to the Pats just like i'm not going to sit here and say we could've beat them. Both are silly.

I'm sure you will say you're a realist and what not but you seriously come off like a bitter fan of a rival like the Giants or Eagirls.

I agree that we need to put things to bed. I'm tired of people complaining that we coulda/shoulda won. If you're upset that Rodgers got all the love over Romo in the MVP voting, then go out there and beat up Rodgers in the playoffs. If you're upset about the call in Green Bay, then remind yourself about the call in Detroit. If you're upset that we could have beaten Seattle and/or New England, then remind yourself that Rodgers could have beaten us with 4 minutes remaining even if the Dez catch stood.
