Now of course we haven't done ANYTHING yet in the grand scheme of things but if you bleed silver and blue you're on cloud 9 right now. At some point most of us can get irritated at the various analysts out there that seem to have some type of bias or agenda.

Sterling picked us to win it all in the summer and is one of the only analysts who picked us @ Philly. I don't want any undeserved credit, props or "slurping".. but it's nice to have an objective "analyst" out there who can see the potential before the bandwagon party. I do my fair share of media bashing.. so props to Sterling!!

Also credit Adam Schefter for picking us. I like Sharpe and Schefter. Wish Schefter still was with NFLN.

You and me both. I barely pay attention to him on ESPN.

Jason LaConfora(sp?) does not have the same TV charisma.

Me too! I always liked his stuff and thought highly of his reporting. Now, even if his sources are the same, it's tinged with the stink of ESPN and that never washes off.

That dude is a weasel. Don't like him at all.

Actually almost the entire fox crew picked us to beat Philly. In fact all five on the set did pick us. They didn't show who Frank Caliendo picked.

I love how it's considered "objective" when the analyst is saying something in favor of Dallas, but how it's bias and hatred when another team is picked instead.

Stay classy, Cowboys fans.

Have you ever actually watched the MNF crew talk about the Cowboys? Or Rod Woodson?

They have this look on their face like they just licked an ashtray. If they have to say anything favorable, it's only done begrudgingly.

People like other people because they pick Dallas pretty much. SHOCKER! Give me Deion/Irvin anyday

Yea that's hilarious isn't it? But in our defense every team is like that. They only like analysts that like their team. You can dislike the Cowboys all you want but atleast back it up with credible facts.

It goes the same for lots of teams. Everyone was on the Giants bandwagon when they were 5-0, and now people are ripping on them every chance they get. Costas even took 30 seconds out last night just to destroy them between segments on SNF. Replace Giants with "Cowboys", and you guys would be calling for the immediate public neutering and execution of Costas.

I think people read way too much into the opinions of these analysts. It's like you want this perfect world where everyone is a Cowboys supporter and praises all the good aspects of the team. Just enjoy the games. All of the other stuff is for entertainment and to pass the time between Sundays.

I agree with this, but it just doesn't surprise me anymore. I'm not sure how well-traveled most on this board are, but, like the Yankees, there are lots of people who absolutely HATE the Cowboys across America. Not everyone is gonna give us props, particularly when u examine a lot of the things that have transpired in the last 13 years. Gotta either be able to accept some criticism, or just filter your news to local media sources.

Really.. didn't catch the Fox pre-game. They're usually pretty good though.

Yea you have to accept the criticisms. I for one really don't care anymore but it does piss me off to see analysts put their opinions first over facts.
