That's why Phillips makes sense. With Lovie, Cowher and Fisher all available next year(as of now) i'd get a coach to bridge that gap. Wade would contine the 3-4 building and NOONE would care if he got the axe next year.

Exactly. I don't get his idea that people wouldn't want this job. People will take *any* NFL job -- well, except Al Davis' -- and this one is better than most.
