BB is the greatest defensive mind ever. He's old, but this roster is closer to contending than it is to rebuilding, so that's fine.

Vrabel's a hard nosed, Patriot Way kind of guy. The kind of culture changer we need.

Carroll is the weakest fit, but he's a high-energy, almost Dan Quinn type of guy.

Harbaugh is a jerk and not many like working with him. There is no way he could coach in Dallas. He would have to win the Super Bowl by week 8 because his act would be old by then.

He should go to Harbaugh. But one, he won't. Two, Harbaugh would want no part of this situation where he'd have to defer to Jerry on football matters.

I am not sure Vrabel is a great coach, any better than McCarthy, but I do wonder if he'd at least bring a culture change to the locker room. He did scuffle at the end in Tennessee but I am not sure how much that was all his fault. He had QB issues, the front office/owner pulled some squirrly moves on him like trading AJ Brown.

Belichick? I really have no idea what to think.

I'd love a young offensive minded guy in the mold of LaFleur or Mike McDaniel.

Vrabel would be my first choice. My guess is Belichick is the guy jerry hires. Jerry signs him for a short deal where he hand selects his next Jason Garrett/Kellen Moore to be the OC/HC in waiting.

I think he's just a DC at most. Just not too many good stories from his time in Miami, even from the beat writers who don't need to kiss *** to stay IIRC.

Also, whether it was correct or not, I'm sure some owners will of seen that lawsuit as a negative and don't want any dram.

Bill B. will be our next coach... he care more about his all time win streak, and we offer the best chance at that. We will win no less than 10 games a year, and help him reach his own person goals. He wont be coming here for all the "America's Team", or "the Star", or a deep historic franchise. He will come here so he can get his record, the retire.
