Dan Quinn is high on teams lists for a head coach.... what good has he been for us? Oh our defense is so good, yet Buffalo, the Niners, and now GB just absolutely lit us up. So tell me again how great Quinn is?
But, to answer your question, I personally like Jim Harbaugh. Billy boy and Carrol are too old for me. Vrabel is fine, but any better than Mike? nope

It’s on every player, coach and staff member top to bottom. But who is held responsible for colossal failure again and again by this organization? It has to be at the top. That’s the way every owner of teams winning SBs these days see it.

Yes, Jerry didn’t miss tackles and coverages. He didn’t throw any pics or drop any passes. But he is responsible for every coach and player who stunk it u yesterday. Jerry is ultimately responsible. But he will never be held accountable.

And if you like the results JJ continues to give us in the playoffs that’s your right. As is mine to say yes I hold our owner and GM responsible for decades of underachievement.

I'd probably hire DQ, promote Al Harris as DC, and hire a Kliff Kingsbury as OC as plan A. Motivator at HC, better innovators at DC,OC. All comes down the discipline and accountability then.

I like all except Carroll. They need to do a thorough search this time with a few candidates. For defense minded coach, I'd want to hear their plans for offense and vice versa. They keep messing up because they go in with their mind already made up and it's usually the wrong guy.

I would want Harbaugh because the style of play that he likes with his teams I also like. Big n tough in the trenches, strong run game, run stopping defense...and an physically imposing team. I'm tired of these soft gimmicky schemes.

I hate BB, but the bigger problem is the defense, not the offense.

I think from an impact standpoint, he moves the needle the most. My concern with BB is who the OC would be.
