If we keep the same staff (minus Bruce Read) I really think we will be better off than changing coaches yet again. Mainly because I believe it enables and empowers the players way too much than people realize.

We have a coach that wants to be here. I think in conjunction with Jerry, he will make the right personnel decisions going forward once the team realizes ... Wade IS the Coach. And will be the Coach. If you don't play well or don't want to play well for Wade, you don't deserve to be a Dallas Cowboy.

Wade is a player's coach and gets alot of support league wide from his ex athletes. I still think he's close to getting this thing turned around entirely. If anything, Garrett's the one that should be nervous right now... but I say bring him back as well for one more go around.

To me it's the players that need to be held accountable for their poor play. Say what you want about Parcells being a great coach, but he was LESS successful than Wade has been by far here in Dallas.

We are a Patrick Willis type of player away from a World Championship IMO.
Let's see how the season ends in Philly or beyond before we definitively judge this team's level of underachievement before we assess blame. If I were to blame anyone, it would be the players themselves first, possibly Garrett second.

I agree somewhat. I think people fail to realize how many injuries the Boys have had this year. I think we have the playoffs clinched by now without the Romo injury to be honest. I think Wade deserves another chance. He's given us probably the best defense this team has seen in a long time. And I don't think they've hit their ceiling yet. You see guys like Bradie James and D. Ware being pushed to the limits by Wade. I like what Wade has done. Some want more of a firey coach. I just want accountability by the players. False starts aren't on the head coach. I don't agree with that. I feel these same penalties we have now are the same ones we had when Parcells was here who's opposite of Wade in every way.

I'd give Wade another year. Especially with the injuries we had this year and still have 9 wins.

I disagree about Patrick Willis. I think he's overrated as they come and honestly I think Bradie James is having a superior year even though it started off slow. If I had to have a ILB i'd like someone with some fire like Ray Lewis. Frankly, I think its time we give Burnett more playing time to be honest.

I agree with everything completely besides the comment about a Willis type player away from a ring.

We have enough talent on this team to win a ring right now. A team does not need, nor can it afford an all pro caliber player at every position. There needs to be role players.

We have the talent to get the ring right now. That is what is so frustrating about these losses...the talent is there, yet they're not putting it all together.
