This was a strange week in football.

USC gets beat by Oregon St
Georgia gets drilled by Alabama
Denver got kicked around by Kansas City

Weird week in football.

Yes, we lost....but that happens. Remember 1995? We lost twice to really crappy Commander teams. We got beat by Heath Shuler and Gus Ferrote.

That team went on to win the Super Bowl. I still think we're the best team in football. We had a misstep today. We'll see how we respond next week.

We should continue to improve from week to week. Our rookies will get better....our secondary will get better....We'll be fine.

Cards got beat badly by a bad Jets team

Packers suffered their second straight loss after starting 0-2(lost to a Griese-lead Bucs team)

Any more? Yeah-really weird overall.
