We can do very well without Glenn, without Ellis and we can hold it down until TNew is back.

Sometimes these things happen and the team takes off and discovers what others can do - thats what I am banking on.

Agree. As much as I wish Ellis could play, this gives Spencer, Carpenter and he other backup linebackers a big chance to show what they can do. With Glenn not playing, we'll see if Crayton is a #2 WR and/or if Hurd can also be a #3 WR. Who knows maybe Austin takes that big step and shows he's got #1 WR potential.

As for Newman, maybe Reeves is better then we know and hopefully Nate Jones does okay.

But Newman?

No....we are a much weaker team without him.

I don't mind losing Aaron Glenn so much. I'm not sure how good Reeves is, but he's not going to be too much of a downgrade from Glenn.

But as far a t glen out, remember Romo was very good at spreading the ball around, we have many capable weapons, it is a good qb that makes other players look good. if the ball is placed well, its not that hard for a wr to run his pattern and make the catch. with some qb, you need the great wr to carry them - with other qb's it seems like who ever you plug in makes plays - i think romo will be the latter. and i like hurd and crayton, plus witten and fasono, and that guy named TO isnt shaby
