Lets say fans get wish and Garrett is fired, now what?

I know fans have been complaining for years about Garrett ! So let's say at the end of this Season he is let go and you get your wish what do you do.

Who would you want for Garretts replacement, do you replace linehan and marinelli also, if so who do you bring in ?

If Garrett is fired, you have to clean out the staff too, especially the coordinators. The new HC should be the one hiring the replacements but he would probably not get full control in doing that.

I don't think Jason gets canned unless there is a total collapse. Five wins or more and he is safe mostly due to Romo being out.
