yeah things are going well when you keep 7 guys to block and there is still pressure.

I guess you guys better turn off your radio's too :D

ESPN RADIO: "No. Offensively they are in a tail spin. They are really starting to feel the effects of losing Adams at LOT. Bledsoe has no faith in his O-line. He spent all day yesterday looking at pressure instead of down field. Dallas is not a very good football team right now. "

Well, it so obvious that a ****** would know what's wrong with the offfence. We don't need to be told a thousand what the problem is we know.

Of course it doesn't, but giving a porous O-line a pass and *****ing about people who criticize what should be criticized does.

Just beccause I didn't log on didn't mean I gave anybody a free pass...... I was mad throughout the entire game!!!! That doesn't make me a Kool aid drinker. I just didn't want to come here and see all the threads about fire him, cut him, sign him..... blah, blah, blah......

I know what you mean. I debated signing on but did about an hour after the game for the hell of it, and needless to say, I wasn't surprised at the threads and comments I saw.

Part of me thinks that at least some of the perpetual complainers actually prefer we lose so they can complain. I have no problem with the guys who complained yesterday when they show up after wins to celebrate but there were some names I rarely see, except after losses.

I think this is 100% correct. I have a fairly long ignore list, and the only time any of those individuals post, it is after a loss. After a win, almost nobody on that list posts anything.

Btw, I think we forgot a "Henson isn't the answer thread."

Perhaps we should limit the number of "members" who can start a thread ?

personally, I dont think anyone should be fired, cut, signed etc, espcially 12 games into the season, but the O-Line is pathetic and if people want to say the O-Line is pathetic they should be able to without be called "chicken littles". And dont look now but one more loss and this season might well be lost, ie the sky has fallen.

Or we can have these threads:

Parcells is a proven winner
Its only been 3 years
It was Quincy/Hutch's fault
Jacob Rogers would have made the difference
Thank God we had low expectations this season
Dont question anything this team does
Coaches coach players execute
You are just a fan, you ahve no right to question the team

Its always Quincy's fault. LOL

Well, that would require poster to have common sense. Just like Parcell says "Dumb players do dumb things", well Dumb poster, post dumb thing

Common sense? Maybe we could start a thread about all of the dumb master-of-the-obvious statements Parcells says like the one above. But really that's already being done by recapping his press conferences. A half hour of talking without answering a single question unless it pertains to the 80's Giants.

(since this is getting really old). How many people can start threads saying the OL sucks? If you try real hard, I'm sure some sort of record can be set for redundant threads. Be sure to add:

BP is an idiot
BP should be fired/quit
BP is fat
BP has manboobs
Tucker/Petitti suck
Bledsoe sucks
Rivera sucks
Payton sucks
Payton should be fired/go coach the Lions
Julius Jones sucks
Marion Barber sucks
The WRs suck
Playcalling sucks

(And, oh yes, please be sure to mention which ProBowl-caliber OLs were available last season, just sitting around waiting for the Boys to call, who should have been signed by those idiots BP & JJ. And which FAs we shouldn't have signed--remember, there is a salary cap. Maybe we should have passed on Glenn & Henry in order to snatch up one of those superb OL FAs that were available. Not sure which ones were available, but I'm POSITIVE you experts will know.)
I admit it, I'm curious. In your professional opinion (not being sarcastic, I seem to remember you were a journalist) give us a layout of all the proper and correct topics of discussion.

I'd rather know that than what you hate.

I understand about all of the different threads being started, one thread really should do it. Sometimes I think people start threads just to start a thread. However I do believe that people who do start threads and critcize the team or the coaches for whaever reason they see fit shouldn't be bashed either.

Some people on here like to believe that they no more than the others on here, but none of us are NFL coaches or GMs. We are all fans and have a right to say anything we want without fear of our fellow posters bashing us.

In someone's mind, aren't all threads pathetic?

Has there ever been a thread that every person who read it was amped?

Gee, maybe the entire message board should just shut down?

Give me a break, that is what a message board is for. Discussing and talking about problems with this team....discussing and talking about positives on this team as well.

Whining about what other posters post....well...just don't open the post. Or better yet, post your arguements about why you disagree.

Wait a minute...

In honor of our ES brethren we need the following:

It was all the officials' fault!

or

The refs suck!

Post of the day.

Aces Jim. I've been trying to say that one thing right there for 3 years.

Instead of creating a new thread describing what you hate to read, explain your views in response to what you hate and debate the value of it. Or, as you said, don't torture yourself.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Psst....can you figure out a way for me to get people to use the ignore function rather than haunt and gripe about posters they hate?

Well it would seem to me that expressing one's opinion is the whole point of a chat board. I remember you writing a similar post after one person so much as dared to question Petitti's performance. You seem to be a touch defensive, especially for someone who apparently used to be a journalist (if what Hostile posted is true.) For me, what's getting old is the relentless optimist and knee-jerk negativity and the overuse of terms such as 'chicken little' and 'homer.'
