Minus Zack Martin, everyone else is either always hurt or a penalty waiting to happen.

Collins is overweight right now. You can see it. He needs to drop 20 and move to guard.

Tyron Smith is no use for 8-10 games a year. Its only going to get worse. We gotta cut ties.

Williams is weird one. For a guy who was a tackle in college looks to be too small to play guard in the nfl. All those penalties have to go. I would make him my center or let him go.

Biadez is as average as it gets. Hes a backup somewhere.

I think our oline played its best when Steele was starting early in the season.

We need a LT and center if Williams dont want it.

Steele will start next year. Collins to guard. Martin other guard. Then the center/LT upgrades will be my plan.

Ohh yeah and Mcgovern.
Mcgovern looks like hes just a big guy out there. To me, he doesnt look very athletic. I think the oline got worse when he started. The team knows better than me if he can play or not.

Steele absolutely needs to start. I don’t care what anyone says the offense was much better with him starting. Collins and Tyron are both just average now. I would draft a LG with in 3 rounds. He needs to be a day one starter.

I would start with rebuilding the line and then find a hb with some
speed!

Not sure how you could even over-rated this line ? (it wasn't viewed greatly coming into this season)

Last Spring 80% of this forum was screaming
- Tyron needs to retire, backs never heal
- La'el got paid and quit
- Tyler had an awful rookie year, was in over his head
- Williams is a bloated tightend, can't wait for him to leave and another team to overpay for him

Funny how this line got trashed all off-season as basically "scrubs" and now those same people are like "uhhh this line is overhyped" (uhh what hype ????)

The OL needs re-enforcements, but if the QB play doesn't get better, there is no OL ever going to be good enough.

Maybe next year, just pen Steele in at RT and move Collins to LG and see what happens.

Numerous times Dak had 6 seconds to throw the ball. He took sacks instead. Thumbs down.

I've said it the last 15 years. This offensive line is perennially overrated. Every year, they get hyped up to be an immovable force, and every year, they get exposed...especially in pass blocking. I will say that the OC doesn't do them any favors though, because both Romo and Dak often have to (or had to) hold onto the ball too long because no one was open, so then more pressures and sacks happen. The Cowboys don't have enough plays that occur "on schedule".

But yes, no offensive line has been as over rated year after year than the Cowboys o-line. Average at best most seasons.

Yeah the OL is done, we are aged and just wait till Zach ages quikcer than he is. Tyron is done unfrotunately, and Collins doesn't give a toot, never has. Dak runs around into his own players like a lost puppy half the time, looking lost as heck on the field. Zeke is well, Zeke at this point. We've done a great job with our defense, but our offense now looks like our D had the last few years....

Tyron seems to be done. If not he’s close. You better find a replacement fir him soon or Dak will be sitting out another season soon.

I think the smart money is we draft a RB or sign one. We will carry 3 legit RBs on the roster next year. Maybe none of them 3 will be on the team in 2023.

Sometimes I think its the OL scheme. Several times tonight, tyron specifically blocked the inside rusher instead of the outside guy. Pass blocking is pretty simple, Left tackle is blindside for a right handed QB. They always take the outside rusher. Basically everyone blocks to their left, and your back has to pick up an overload to the right. You can split it, and 3 go left, 2 right, and back fills right side of center.

It isn't difficult, yet it fails so many times.

Our oline is not as bad as people think, I would hate to see what Dak would do behind the Bengals oline, but Burrow seems to be doing just fine behind it

Does Burrows OL somehow almost always manage to commit drive killing penalties, every time after the Bengals offense makes a big play?

The hype is the world somehow thinks this line is elite. I think somewhere on here I saw they rated top line in the league!

I have always hated the Cowboys wanting linemen who are multi-positional players... Means they suck at both positions. I don't find it to be advantageous. I would much rather have OT and OG specialists, as well as strictly a C. They can coach them up in that position with great coaching, you don't need 1st round talent across the line to be a dominant line. This is where coaching matters a lot. But what do i know?, i'm just a fan watching this train wreck of a line getting old, slow and hurt.
