Vs. Pittsburgh the defense gave up what? 6 20+ yard plays?

Obviously that can't happen again.

It would be a good thing if the pass rush was better, but the linebackers and secondary need to do better in handling their zones and achieving proper spacing.

When is Mo coming back?
I'm missing all those "coverage sacks" we were getting before he got injured

Sure didn't help losing Scandrick, and hopefully it was a one off. It was in Pittsburgh not any easy please to play and with Ben slinging the ball everywhere.

I think DLaw is starting to come along a bit. Coming off the 4 game suspension, then issues with his back still supposedly.
The Steelers game he had more of an impact than any previous games. Hopefully this is a good sign the pass rush will get better as the season goes on.

We will need this today to help counter the Ravens D against our O, if they struggle a bit at first, until they get it figured out. As has been the case the last 3 or 4 games it seems.
We will also need this against the Commanders. When Barry and Mo return, it will be even better later on in the season.

For now, I'm going to chalk this up to missing three key guys in the secondary and the opponent.

That was only the third time the Steelers' Triplets had been healthy/not suspended and at home.

The other two times, they put up 43 against 7-2 Kansas City, and 31 on the Jets.

Dallas appeared to be trying to limit Leveon Bell as he averaged under 3 YPC, and at times were caught looking in the backfield.

It's easy to forget how good the Steelers are because the schedule really hasn't broken well for them.

I thought they played fairly well for 58+ minutes. they gave up basically 130 yards in less than 2 minutes on the last 2 drives.

Injuries are a problem. Losing Claiborne is a problem and I never thought I would say that.

They finished the game last week with 2 rookie CBs and the backup Safety starting. Even before Scandrick exited with a concussion, he didn't like the pre-injury Scandrick. His plant-and-drive is slow. Anthony Brown might actually be playing better than Scandrick. IMO, they should let Brown play the slot and keep Scandrick outside. Brown is moving quicker and is a very good tackler which is critical of a slot CB when playing the run.

We're not facing Roethlisberger and Brown. Have to contain Mike Wallace though. He's their game changer.

I want to say four of those plays came in the last minute and a half with two of those on the final whimper drive.
