Living in the heart of Commanders country, I'm not going to let the injury to Adams bring me down. I don't think the players are feeling doom and gloom, so why should we? There are injuries to players all the time, and good teams step up...so give our team a chance. Should things go good, these same fans will be eating crow.

Here's a positive:

Commanders | Defense Struggles for Turnovers, Sacks
Mon, 17 Oct 2005 20:18:10 -0700

Jason La Canfora, of the Washington Post, reports the Washington Commanders have the second-worst turnover differential in the league at minus-8. The team has gone four entire games without recovering a fumble or intercepting a pass and also ranks last in sacks per pass play.

It wasn't too long ago that everyone was saying that the OL, esp. the left side, was horrible and blah blah blah.... Can it really get too much worse?

I'm positive. No doubt injuries are hurting right now but, lets look at our depth. Price/Crayton: Price has proven elsewhere but not here, but its better than our depth last year. Jones/Barber,A-Train,Thompson: I think this trio will fair just fine if they play smart. Flo/Tucker: Has yet to be consitant, but then again niether was Flo.

Quality depth seperates good teams from championship teams. Lets hope for the best!
