Just saw my first Letterman monologue in at least 5 years. Maybe more.

Wow, has he tanked. Has he been this unfunny for a while? Because what I just saw was total unadulterated garbage.

Most of his drivel I actually took offense to. His "segments" or spots were horrible.

Epic FAIL.

Anytime a person has to admit in front of millions of people they had sex with women at work it's probably hard to find anything to poke fun at. That definitely ruined any opportunity for Letterman to poke fun at Tiger Woods.

That may be true, BUT, Dave and Tiger can bond on a level that you could never quite obtain so he has that going for him.

I always thought he was a huge geek for getting so serious into conversation with his guests. Keeping it light and funny like Leno does can accomplish the same thing.
