I think he got fined more because he was involved in a lot more than that one incident. Like they said he was a menace vs Pittsburgh. He ate their lunch and dinner.

I don’t think the other incidents played any part in it. Lewis was the instigator and he got fined more because of it. The one who started it should pay the heaviest price.

It's an officiating culture problem. Gotta always stick it do Dallas with excessive penalties every year, and uneven fines and suspensions.
