A Manhattan chef who was hit by Lindsay Lohan claims the Porsche-driving starlet was “slurring” her words and “smelled like alcohol.”

“They acted like I was nothing,” cook Jose Rodriguez told the Daily News hours after the early Wednesday encounter. “That no one could touch her because she was rich and powerful.”

The troubled “Mean Girls” actress was charged with leaving the scene of an accident two hours after the 12:30 a.m. incident in an alley between the Maritime and Dream hotels in Chelsea. She was given a desk appearance ticket and released.

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said police don’t think Lohan — a rehab regular who is on probation — was intoxicated, but no Breathalyzer test was performed.

In a straight up chick fight, I got my money on Lohan but I hope it happens in Malibu County Jail wearing those orange suits.

Those two are out of control and need to be made examples of, they are setting really bad examples for our younger ones.

It is only a matter of time before someone is killed.

Neither Lohan or Bynes has any business being behind the wheel of an automobile. They are hazards to themselves and to everyone else in their proximity when they're driving.
