The team believes in its OL and rushing attack similar to the Broncos of the 90s and early 2000s. While Terrell Davis was an excellent player, the running game was still extremely productive with the likes of Olandis Gary and Mike Anderson running the ball. We'll see this year...

Well people go on about Murray and his injury's,. and now you say he only played hurt due to it being a contract year?
the first injury the guy did a alligator roll with his ankle and cracked or broke it! That is not being "injury prone" and you cant play with broken ankle.
After that it was minor injury's and he only missed a few games, I think one he hurt his knee, and one his foot. Again with both of those you cant play.

now the hand broken he could still play, so he did. leg, foot , knee injuries you cant play!! it all depends on the injury as to whether a player can
play or not, but they need to be able to still run, that is a basic need if your going to play. Only Rodgers last year has played with not being abel to run,
but he is a QB , so can limp around. and he could limp pretty fast lol.

Murray was also driven last year because he was finally getting the amount of carries he wanted, , and was obviously not liking being taken out of games at times to lighten his # of carries.

Murray wants the ball a lot, and I think if he doesnt get hurt he will surprise people in philly, he will be driven to prove he is worth the 8 mil.
I agree most guys taper off after they get the big contract , but not all of them, look at Romo, he still gives it his all, and Murray will too.

It doesn't matter if you tear an ACL this year, break an arm later, and separate your big toe next year, or you're the guy who battles hammie's, obliques, and an occasional busted up finger. If you get hurt all the time, you're injury prone. You could argue it's bad luck, reckless abandonment, or genes, it doesn't matter. If a guy is constantly having to play with, or miss time because of being injured, he's prone to the bug. The fact that you have to base your thoughts on "unless he gets injured" tells you all you need to know.

As much as I will miss DM being a Cowboy, and can't stand dummy cologne boy, He was right about Murray leaving a lot of meat on the bone last year. A lot of that was because of injury awareness, fatigue , style , vision, etc. What do you think will happen when DM is going to be relied on more than he was here, have zero play makers around him, have a bad QB, and have to do all that at 100X faster than he did in Dallas. Not gonna be the same as he was in Dallas.

williams and DMC already having injury problems with no contact yet, so they may have to be even more basic.
they might need to look harder at the other backs they brought in to be part of the top 3.
