There is no answer at the QB position for this offense. Just listen to types talk about Brady or Rogers.

Even the Dak haters agree that we would need that kind of QB to have any kind of chance at success here.

Nobody is claiming Prescott needs to run ALL THE TIME, just a few times to spread things out. It obviously works. He's not a strong pocket QB, so use his strengths.
Elliott should be pounding the ball play after play at the goal line. Period! Up the gut, get it done. But, we'll pull the entire O line, take 2 weeks to run the play and he get negative yards.
Would have saved a dumb INT.

Anyone content with the offensive coaching, play calling, scheme and situational awareness is an idiot. Instead of blaming the players for not being able to run a very basic, predictable and vanilla scheme - change the damn scheme.

JG needs to go. Linehan needs to go. Get a QB with any sort of experience for the love of god. Salvage what you can while Prescott is on his rookie contract. If staff changes don't develop him - move on and draft a QB early.

Look at Brady in the pocket and you'll see that you don't always have to be on the run to succeed, slight dips can buy you more time but Dak has the worst pocket awareness.

Didn't take away Dak feets Dak took away his own feet he has misread the read option a few times. He gives when he should keep.

Or let's find some 2015 highlights of Brandon Weeden, Matt Cassel, and Kellen Moore. That'd be a good reference point to see what this offense would look like without Dak.

And that's just it. It's Linehans base offense everybody figured it out towards the end of 2014, just move everybody up. Luckily Romo had a guy who could just flat adjust to the ball and out-jump everybody and a TE who was a master at pushing off. No other QB since 2014 has had those weapons, Dez was done since 2015 and Witten just flat got too slow.
It was no coincidence in 2016 Dak was all world, it wasn't Scott's offense he was running.
