Lingering thoughts after the game.....

We got the win against tampa yay!!!!! however,that game is over....and.....

1. Brad Johnson OBV isn't cutting it should he be benched in favor of a younger more mobile strongerd armed Bolinger?

2. Proctor is still starting over Holland? How is this even possible...Is our coaching staff so reluctanct to change a glaring weakness?

3. Deon Anderson......IDK why this guy is even on the team.....he is more of a wasted roster spot then when we had 2 kickers.

4. Blocking assingments....Flo is OBV struggling on speed rushes where is the RB or TE to chip at??? What's the deal with that?

5. Jason Garrett.....even though brad can't make the deep throws why is TO streak 50 yards down the field......I'm tired of seeing TO being used in a manner that is so ineffective

6. Daren Stone.....we signed him.....will he see any playing time other than ST (IDK if he plays ST) If not why even add him.

7. Jenkins.....needs to learn how to tackle.....

I'm not concered about CB they should be able to manage we may need to add someone depending on how serious the henry injury is....I'm not to sure when newman is due back but hopefully he comes back when romo comes back.

This was a game we had to have any way we could get it. It definitely makes you appreciate ugly wins that much more. It was good to see the defense step up and pull it out for us. They bent, but didn't break and that's all that matters.

But yeah, Brad Johnson is absolutely awful. He will not win for you, you just have to hope he doesn't lose it for you and the defense gives you a chance. It worked yesterday, but against NY, I can't see us limiting them to under 17 points, or see us scoring more than 17.

Hopefully we'll get Romo back at full strength after the bye and several other guys and can get a win in Washington and then go on a roll and beat SF and Seattle.

I thought Jenkins did tackle well with one exception. Holland is struggling with the Playbook we have heard. Johnson is clearly done. I agree someone should be helping out Flozell.

Agreed BJ has been pretty awful, but is Bolinger the answer? The guy couldn't beat out the garbage they have at QB with the Vikes.

I would assume Holland isn't grasping the playbook or that he just isn't showing anything during practice.

Flo is without a doubt playing injured. he just doesn't seem to have any strength when blocking. I think his injury is worse than the Cowboys have admitted. The thing is, is Free that bad? Would you rather have Free blocking with 2 arms at 100% or Flo blocking with 1 arm at what appears to be 75% or worse.

I thought Holland said he would have the playbook by week 2 or 3..... Jenkins needs to tackle better... he doesn't wrap up when he tackles and brad is really bad.

Bj takes care of the ball, he doesn't turn the ball over. Tampa Bay has one of THE best defenses in the NFL, to not turn the ball over once is impressive. They have 12 INTs as a team already...

I agree here, When I see Andre Johnson getting 40 catches in the last 4 games, I just shake my head. AJ is ALL the Texans have in the passing game and he still manages to get 140 yards every game. Why can't we get TO the ball at least 6 times a game with 80+ yards..

Jenkins tackled very well except for that one time on Earnest Graham, he tried taking a page out of Pacmans book. Pacman actually throws his body in there like that pretty well and tackles the guy, Jenkins has some things to learn yet.

He also missed a tackle on Stevens.... He just needs to wrap up when he tries to tackle..... I don't think he even tried to wrap up once yesterday......
